Terms of Service

By accessing or using Unveil AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that it is legal to access and view adult content in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, or if access to adult content is not permitted in your jurisdiction, you must immediately cease using the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

Unveil AI is an AI-powered image and video generation platform. The Service allows users to generate synthetic, AI-created visual content based on user inputs including uploaded images, text prompts, and selected effects. All content generated by the Service is synthetic and created by artificial intelligence models. The Service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Generate, upload, or distribute any content that sexually depicts minors (CSAM) or any content that could be construed as such. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
• Generate content depicting real, identifiable persons without their explicit written consent.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to content that constitutes harassment, defamation, or incitement of violence.
• Attempt to circumvent the Service's safety systems or use the Service in any way that violates these Terms.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without prior written authorisation from Unveil AI.

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the output content you generate using the Service, provided that such content does not violate these Terms or applicable law. You grant Unveil AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your generated content as necessary to provide the Service.

Unveil AI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all underlying software, algorithms, models, interfaces, and associated intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the platform or its underlying technology to you.

Access to paid features of the Service is available through subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your designated payment method on each billing cycle. All fees are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused generation credits, or subscription periods that have already commenced.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNVEIL AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
