• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including generation requests, feature usage, timestamps, and browser/device metadata.
• Generated content metadata: Records of generations you initiate, including effect identifiers, prompts, output types, and status — stored in association with your account.
• Payment data: Billing and payment information is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your account information and generated content metadata for as long as your account is active. Generated content stored in our systems (including result files) is retained until you delete your account or manually delete individual generations. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data and associated content within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Service:

• Supabase: Provides authentication, database storage, and file storage. Your account data and generated content metadata are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Stripe: Processes payments and manages subscription billing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
• EternalAI: Powers the AI generation capabilities of the Service. Generation requests, including uploaded images and prompts, are processed by EternalAI.

Each of these providers is contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purposes of providing their services to us.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active systems. We use the following cookies to operate the Service:

• Session cookies: Set by Supabase to maintain your authenticated session. These are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be opted out of while using the Service.
• Age verification cookie (age_verified): Set when you confirm you are 18 or older. This cookie persists for one year and is used to avoid presenting the age verification gate on each visit.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Unveil AI is a platform that serves sexually explicit, AI-generated adult content. Access to the platform requires age verification confirming you are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are accessing adult content voluntarily and that it is legal to do so in your jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to prevent access by minors, including mandatory age verification gates and account-level age confirmations.
