Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") covers the services and platform (collectively the "Service") provided by Unveil AI. It is designed to protect Unveil AI, our users, and the broader community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activity.

Users found engaging in activities prohibited by this AUP may be subject to immediate service suspension and account termination. In serious cases, we are legally obliged to report violations to the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.

We provide our Service on the assumption that your use will be consistent with your subscription plan or purchased credits. Excessive or abusive use may result in additional fees, capacity restrictions, or account review.

We are opposed to all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, and any action that harms or disadvantages any individual or group. We expect all users to engage with our Service in good faith and in accordance with this AUP.

Users are fully responsible for their own actions and for any content they upload, generate, or distribute using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to take full responsibility for ensuring your use complies with this AUP and all applicable laws.

Complaints regarding user conduct will be investigated and may result in account action. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of this AUP, without notice and without liability for any interruption of service.

Content involving minors

The generation, uploading, storage, or distribution of any content that sexually depicts minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under EU Directive 2011/93/EU and applicable law in your jurisdiction. Any such violation will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Real persons and non-consensual intimate imagery

The Service is strictly for AI-generated characters. Uploading images of real, identifiable persons is prohibited under any circumstances. Generating sexual or intimate content depicting a real person is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Illegal content

The Service must not be used to generate, transmit, store, or distribute any content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to:

• Content protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights used without authorisation.
• Content that is defamatory, constitutes harassment, or incites violence.
• Content that threatens anyone's health or safety.
• Content relating to terrorism, arms trafficking, or other serious criminal activity.

Circumvention of safety systems

You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any content moderation or safety system of the Service. This includes attempts to craft prompts or inputs designed to evade our automated filters.

Unauthorised access

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its underlying infrastructure, or the accounts of other users. This includes hacking, cracking, packet spoofing, denial-of-service attacks, and similar activities.

Spam and unsolicited communications

The Service must not be used to send unsolicited bulk communications or to facilitate spam in violation of applicable law.

Misrepresentation

You must not impersonate Unveil AI or misrepresent any affiliation with Unveil AI for the purpose of gaining trust, service, or any other benefit.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Where a violation is confirmed or reasonably suspected, we may take any of the following actions without notice:

• Issue a warning.
• Temporarily suspend access to the Service.
• Permanently terminate the account.
• Report the violation and relevant user information to law enforcement authorities.
• Pursue civil or criminal legal action where appropriate.

No refunds or credits will be issued for service interruptions resulting from AUP violations.

If you become aware of any content or activity on the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately at support@unveilai.app. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time by publishing the revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective from the earlier of: the date you use the Service after the revised version is published, or 30 days after publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised AUP.
